Alicia Denise Brown, 37, was intercepted by Hart County deputies during a high-stakes felony traffic stop near Exit 177 on Interstate 85 Monday night. Law enforcement units utilized a regional "Be On the Lookout" alert to coordinate a precision maneuver with Georgia State Patrol troopers.

Two young children remained in the SUV during the pursuit and were safely recovered without physical harm upon the conclusion of the stop. Sheriffs and state troopers successfully transitioned the minors into protective care while processing the scene.

Maryland warrants identify Brown as the suspect in a kidnapping-related case connected to the 2019 disappearance of a 10-year-old child in Baltimore County. Prosecutors confirmed their intent to initiate immediate extradition proceedings to compel her return to Maryland for formal judicial proceedings.

Fulton County officials previously issued separate felony warrants against the Atlanta resident for interference with child custody. Court records from Georgia indicate that those local charges have since been dismissed as the focus shifts toward the kidnapping-related case in Maryland.

Domestic problems surrounding Brown and her estranged husband, Darian Morgan, continue to dominate the public discourse. Morgan, known to audiences as radio host Big Tigger, recently retreated from his V-103 broadcast position to navigate his own pending battery and child cruelty charges stemming from a separate May altercation.

Monday's dramatic roadside arrest culminated weeks of intense public scrutiny ignited by recordings of the couple struggling over mobile devices. These snippets provided an unfiltered, albeit chaotic, view into the volatile environment preceding the current standoff.

Brown must now answer for a multi-year disappearance investigation while simultaneously managing the fallout of her recent separation from Morgan. Baltimore County prosecutors will soon initiate the process of transporting the suspect back to Maryland for an initial court appearance to face these very serious allegations in front of a judge.

It’s wild how the headline is about the wife being arrested, yet the whole article was about his previous arrest and the conditions surrounding it, not once stating how the wife came to be arrested for kidnapping.
