Los Angeles jurors are preparing to hear disturbing claims tied to Sean Combs after a years long dispute involving a woman dangling high above the city moved closer toward trial.

Bryana Bana Bongolan says Combs seized her during a violent episode inside Cassie Ventura’s high rise home in 2016 before suspending her over the edge of a 17th floor ledge. Bongolan says the terrifying moment stretched across several seconds before her body crashed onto nearby patio furniture.

Bruising spread across her body afterward while severe neck and back problems lingered for years. Sleep became nearly impossible because recurring night terrors repeatedly jolted her awake screaming in darkness.

She later described the scene during Combs’ criminal case in June 2025, reported by Rolling Stone. People inside the chamber heard graphic descriptions involving physical suffering, psychological damage, and the image of someone hanging above a fatal drop during the episode.

Before appearing before jurors, Bongolan invoked Fifth Amendment rights against self incrimination. A judge later approved limited immunity allowing questioning to continue.

Defense attorneys aggressively attacked her credibility once exchanges shifted toward memory gaps, substance use, and disputed details linked to the night inside Ventura’s home. Arguments inside the chamber grew sharper as both sides pushed radically different versions of what unfolded.

Ventura’s property has surfaced repeatedly throughout multiple lawsuits and witness accounts involving the Bad Boy Records founder. Former employees, longtime associates, and people once attached to his inner circle have increasingly appeared during public sessions tied to the music entrepreneur.

Bongolan worked as a creative director and maintained a close relationship with Ventura before the frightening episode entered public view. Her statements added another dark layer to the widening turmoil hanging over the hip hop mogul.

Upcoming jury sessions will drag both sides back through disputed memories, bodily wounds, and psychological fallout tied to the late night ordeal overlooking downtown Los Angeles. Attorneys are preparing for another bruising collision involving one of entertainment’s most recognizable figures.

Combs has denied accusations raised across multiple separate cases. Even so, each new public session draws harsher attention toward claims involving intimidation, abuse, and violence linked to his private world and business empire.

Years after the late night ordeal, the image of someone suspended above a 17th floor drop still trails Combs as another courtroom collision inches closer toward jurors.
